Poor service

On the 12th of August I sent the below to the KFC Customer service email, received a response from khethiwe Mthembu requesting for my numbers to date I still haven’t heard anythin else from her.

Kindly note that I purchased x2 sweet chillin twisters and I have to say I didn’t receive the value for the money paid.

I arrived at 20:15 and was told they close at 20:30 if they didn’t have sufficient ingredients they could’ve just informed me instead of making me pay full price for a twister that only consisted of lattice and chicken fillets. I couldn’t even taste the sweet chillin sauce.
