Poor service

I stood in the que at KFC Jabulani mall for literally 1 hour. I had placed an order for 2 Zinger burgers and 5 piece chicken. I was served by a very rude *********** woman by the name of Tsholofelo. She told me to wait 5 min for the burgers that 5 min became an hour. Their service is terrible and you will never even see a manager on the floor to make sure we are served as we should and that things are flowing smoothly. Instead the staff turned me into a laughing stock of the day. I'm flippen mad
