Poor Service
Purchased a barrel of KFC for a picnic from Malvern/Queensburgh branch. Chicken was placed in the incorrect packaging because there were no lids for the barrels. The chicken was of poor quality in terms of color and texture. On arrival before we could eat, lifted the box resulting in the bottom collapsing because 21 pieces being stuffed into the wrong packing.R220,00 wasted. This is not the first time. There is always a shortage of the correct packaging material. I will not be supporting that branch in the future.<br>
