Poor service

The KFC at Secunda Square always doesn’t have certain meals from past 5pm onwards. They force us to buy what is left because they remove to make anything from scratch although their closing hours is 7pm. If it’s a meal you will sometimes pay a full amount whereas the meal is incomplete. This has happened several times because I live in the same building. Aren’t franchises supposed to offer the same service? Is there a specific time that they must stop cooking. The staff has an attitude problem and I blame management because this has been going on for too long
