Poor service

Good day I'm really frustrated now with the poor standard of KFC Upington in town and it have made me choose other franchise. They mostly sell chicken that is fried but is still red to the bone there is a problem with there ice-cream machine. I'm tired of waiting patrol and seeing my family disappointed after i have promised them I will buy then ice-cream and hearing time after time the machine is broken
