Poor Service

Sept 10 2018 at 02:44am I was at kfc at Ormonde next to McDonald.i was buying my friend something to eat and when I got to the drive through they told me they don't have twister,no burgers. The only thing they had was 1 piece of chicken. I was shocked and my friend said it's ok and when I got to the window where I need to pay I told the lady who was assisting me that I am not happy that they have shortage of things for customers and that I will send an email.

Instead of her being polite and understanding she gave me an attitude and told that if I send an email it's my choice.

I was not very pleased with her and I told her but she didn't say anything.

She doesn't realise that she represent the company and how she treats customers it's very vital.

Her name is N Wendy. She doesn't deserve to be in the front desk cause she doesn't know what customer service is.

The previous day prior the incidence I passed there at Kfc around 2am and I wanted to buy food and when I was placing an order still they didn't have twister,no burgers and when I asked for pieces of chicken they told me to wait for 15 min. What an inconvenience.

Why does that kfc open if they don't have anything to sell to customers.
