Poor service

KFC Protea Glen should be CLOSED DOWN!!! Their service is pathetic, it has never improved after so many visits one still gets disappointed. Now I just bought a lunch box meal, goodness it looks like a kiddies meal. I mean really, as a customer this is not the value for my money. Do you actually know what your are doing KFC? I'm utterly disappointed beyond measure.
