Poor service

I firstly stood in the drive through for 20 min, just to get by the order box just to see that the card facilities are not working. I then parked withdrew money and ordered inside, got my order which was missing the chips and drinks the manager took my slip to see whats missing and gave it to me, I asked for my slip, but he threw it away. I got home to two burgers with no sauce on it - two dry burgers!! Its not the first time this particular KFC got my order wrong, its ridiculous!!!
