Poor service

The KFC in Randfontein Tambotie Mall is the worst KFC in Randfontein. I went there re with my wife and received hostile service from the cashier. He failed to communicate that we are sitting and that we are not having a take away after ordering. While sitting eating out of the bag and boxes without any tray for our food, most of the employees passing by us would not even offer a tray while noticing. My wife ordered a strawberry sunrise and found out while drinking that they used sparkling water instead of sprite. When I went to the same cashier to let him know that we did not have serviettes for our food and that they put the sparkling water instead of sprite in my wife's drink, the cashier took some hard napkins from the bag and just gave it to me like i am a problem, he then fails to apologize for the drink and still gives me an attitude. Poor service
