Poor service

I experienced terrable service for the second time at KFC westville today in the morning. I went to breakfast burger and zinger burger, had to shout to get services and when I had to collect my order rude lady came and said did she tell you that the order will be ready in 8min for zinger. And she turned and told the staff he wants he's money without saying anything. And they gave me coins and they didn't even apologies. I called their manager also she didn't say anything.
