Poor service

I order food @ KFC via da drive thru @ vosloorus Chris Hani got to the delivery side waited there for 10min until I asked what's delaying my order a lady came and told me that the meat is nt ready my question was why didn't they say before selling it she then said the lady takin orders forgot her name(nhlanhla) I then said can I get a refund she said the supervisor is busy(thembi) I eventually left with no food or refund when I called the franchise I was given attitude by the manager (sifiso) so I really need an apology or il be takin the matter above because I find it unfair for me as a customer to arrive late @ work meanwhile people are giving me an attitude non of them apologized
