Poor service

Today 01.01.2018 worst service received at Kfc Sun valley..one would think that being a public holiday they would make provision for extra staff to service customers..45 mins to wait for a order is unacceptable, there was 1 cashier taking orders and 1 person to pack to to it off you cant use the drive through if you want to pay by card cause there machine has been offline for more than a week ...i was number 204 and when i noticed 235 already being helped i asked what the hold up was and was told they were waiting for wings and they packing my order only to find out my order was never being seen to lady packing said as its busy we giving out any numbers..so what is the purpose of standing in a queue ..had my family sitting in a hot car for 45 mins due to poor service...no apology for the delay and most of all no sign of the manager on duty to assist or apologize...Never visiting this branch again...i called customer service who said they will follow up reference smsd however not 1 call to apologize yet.
