Poor service

On the 15/12/2017 @ 20:34 we bought street wise 5 as what we always buy on Fridays and we were serviced by (1331 Sicelo M) at Witbank Tasbet Park KFC who gave us poor service as he refused to swap the chips for a mash gravy as that's what we always request for my small baby and not even once did the rest of the staff refuse to do as we requested. Sicelo also refused to give us the preferred chicken pieces as we also have a selection.

The service that was rendered is not how to treat people and not even trying to at least give service to one of our simply request.

Your prompt response will be highly appreciated as the employer must be coached as how to treat paying customer.
