Poor service

With kids in the car, we prefer to use the drive thru service instead of entering the take away area where, first of all, parking is very limited. After placing my order, a sweet chilli twister and box master only, i paid and got told that it will take 5 min to prepare. We waited in the drive thru for almost 20 min. I eventually asked for the manager to get a refund,which took another 5 min. Kfc brakpan in Prince George ave is by far the worst ever,service is extremely bad and not recommended at all.
