poor service

I went to kfc at 06:05 am and I waited for cashiers to come and assist as I wanted to buy breakfast but portia came and told me and the other lady I found waiting as well that the cashiers are ALL late and she can only assist if we have cash or we must go to the drive through. Now what happens if I do not have a car, do I go to the drive through by foot just so I can buy breakfast at kfc? I then asked for the manager and I was told he was coming as he was still on the phone and the manager did not bother himself to come as I left there at 06:30. Is it acceptable that everytime I go to this kfc branch I always have to experience terrible service like this? Is it right that cashiers must come late to work whereas they are suppose to be at their tills at 6am I fail to understand what is happening with this kfc branch. On top of things I had to wait again for more than ten minutes for my order as workers at the back were taking their time. I dont even experience such terrible service in the townships. I am seriously not happy with kfc this is more than dissapointing. Must I always think that if I go to this branch I am not going to come out happy?
