Poor service

First time placing an order telephonicaly thinking it would be very much easy and convenient but I had to wait for more than 2 hours for my order.

Nine minutes drive took them 2 hours, when I called to follow up they were also shocked that I still haven't received my order and advised that they will place a new order for me, mind you the order was placed at 18:50 and it's 21:00 and I still don't have my order........ this is ridiculous and so unprofessional.
