poor service

I am annoyed with KFC 24hr service, specifically Diepkloof Square in Soweto served by Lindiwe and Tebogo. As we waited for service in the drive through for over an hour, Lindiwe serves about 6 people infront of us WALKING, Tebogo could not give a damn about what i had to tell her, she just continued assisting drunk kids infront of us that walked there way after us. With anger we decided to move to Bara Mall to get what we looking for, all we got was \we only have 3pieces of chicken left"after we had to wait for them to serve us. KFC might as well close the 24hr service if this is the kinda service you train these people to give us. I am totally appaulled by this. """
