Poor service

Brand new KFC branch opened little over a month ago in Downerglen.

All experiences there have been less then satisfactory.

On Sunday 02/01/2022 at 13:30 I decided to pop past for a small and simple order.

There were no other customer at the KFC and yet we were told to wait outside for our order while they prepare.

We patiently waited outside till I finally had to go in to remind them about my order. Which was ready and on the counter but no one seemed bother enough to bring it to us. Defeating the point of a drive through.

As I drive away we notice they had not given us chilli salt and serviettes. At which point I turned back to get.

They gave me chillis salt and bath room toilet paper.

I left again and on the high way took one for the burgers out the bag and realised there was no chicken patty on the burger. Just a bun with mayo and lettuce.

I’ll make sure that is my last visit to the KFC
