Poor service

Went to kfc and bought allstar box and a streetwise3.When I got home and wanted to prepare food for my kids I realized that instead of a streetwise 3 I got a streetwise 2 I contacted kfc on their Facebook page,I got a response to send my slip and contact details which I did.A few hours later I got a msg on Facebook that a member of the team will contact me.i thought as a customer they would attend to my query faster but no they don't care.i bought the 3piece knowing I have 3kids.the disappointment in my heart that I got 2 pieces just won't go away.
