Poor Service

I went to the above mentioned outlet to get some food for my family, I was really disappointed in how orders were taken, not very friendly attitude as i experienced at other stores of the same franchise, my order took ages, a lady in front of me had the same order and left about 15 min before me i then went and enquired about my order and i was just told to wait, what made it worse is that friends of the staff who came in much later were given orders before me, the when asked again i was told they waiting for coleslaw, however the friends who came in after me, left with orders with the salad they were supposedly waiting for. really disappointed.
