Poor service

We went to get take aways yesterday the 6th of November. Made a huge order from KFC and drove back home far from the store, and there was a shortage of a burger. One member of the family just received a portion of chips of the meal that he ordered, no burger. Trying to have a family meal as a lot of people do and one person sits and stares. Had to go buy food elsewhere. Driving far for KFC and getting service like this is pathetic. Getting chips of the meal and not a burger...means the staff ade the mistake. We went inside the shop, not even the drive thru. Pay good money on family take aways and get a massive dissapointment. Dont get family meals from KFC, you will be dissapointed. Pay R700 for bad service, what is the price of good service?
