Poor Service

Walked into this branch for supper. Only one person on the till with a queue almost out the door. Waited almost 15 mins to be served. Asked the guy why so long for which he claims backed up with orders. Asked him why only one person on the till and he just doesnt reply. Is this the way KFC trains their staff. No empathy. Opened the burgers and it was stale and hard. Was told by Nduduzo that the burgers were made earlier and left at the back. Such a pathetic company and branch. What kind of franchise is this. This is not the first bad service I got at this branch.
