Poor service

This branch in Moses Kotana str,in Bethal seems to specialise in poor service,this has been the third time that we have recieved,a new level of poor service at this branch,placed an order,and it was wrongly entered,when we queried this with a huge sigh and looks it was changed to what we originally ordered. We were made to wait 15 min,because we changed our order,after wanting our money back,it was refused,and our order was processed.Apon talking to Princess,the so called manager,who just shrugged her shoulders,and told,us to have a nice day.Not on.Not the first time pathetic service was given at this branch,Now the excuse will be,trainee,or very busy,not good enough.
