Poor service

When i arrive at KFC vaal mall on Sunday, there is absolutely nobody to assist the customers, they all at the back packing orders, because the person at the till need to take orders, handle payments and pack theyre own orders, when i got help eventually i requested a menu, on which was rep**** that they dont have menus, and it was 10:45 so the breakfast menu was on display, but we did not want breakfast.<br> This is not the first time i complain about KFC, i dont fell like supporting them at all going forward, there is no quality service towards customers.
