Poor service

I placed an order at KFC in Bree online on Sunday money was deducted from bank card but yet they didn’t deliver as I was told 3 hours later that my order has been cancelled due to the driver can’t coke it’s Wednesday today and my money still hasn’t been refunded

My order was placed on the 27th of February around 14:30 I want my refund I’m annoyed of the service I got
