Poor service
I went to the KFC in observatory on 16 Feb 2015 at 19:43 and placed my order. After 25 mins of waiting I still did not receive my order. The manger then came out and said that they stuffed up the order and were busy redoing the order. After another 10 mins I eventually received my order with no apology. This service, if you can call it that, is unacceptable by such a huge chain. Will never go back to KFC observatory ever again.
