Poor Service

We were on our way back from Sibaya lodge,we taught we'll stop n have a quick meal so we decided KFC would be the fastest meal we ordered about 10.41 pm n we waited for our 10 piece family treat meal up unitil 11.27pm,we kept askin staff for our meal n y so long its taking dey all kept saying dey waiting for the chicken we den asked to speak to da manager dey sed da manager is not in bt we need to speak to the team leader wen asked her abt da food she didn't even apologise bt sed dey waiting for the chicken , I den asked her how come people after us have dey meal bt we still waiting she den sed dey nw waiting for the hot wings.I decided to phone the area manager Mr Wiseman bt e didn't reply to any calls. I'm really frustrated with how we had to wait for so long for our meals it was so unfair
