Poor Service

I had a bad experience at your Grassy Park branch, Many customers were complaining about the bad service by the staff. Drive-through customers had to park and come into the restaurant as their order was either wrong or they've been waiting forever. They had mash but no gravy (how are they out of stock?) I was told there's no breast chicken, another customer came in and ordered a bucket and he requested no leg and thigh-they asked him to wait for 20 mins for the breast after i was told there wasn't any.
