Poor service

I ordered my food online,20 minutes before I reach the restaurant, but when I arrived at the restaurant,a lady by the name of SINAWO tried to help me but suddenly ignored me,I spent another 30 minutes waiting for my order until a lady by the name of MPHO came to my rescue after realizing that I've been waiting for too long,if it was not for Mpho,I was not going to set my feet again in that store,that SINAWO is useless
