Poor service

My name is Kholosani Somhlahlo am writing this complaint about your V&A Waterfront store.

My complaint is that I want to swap my chicken pieces For dry meat as I only eat dry meat when ever i buy at KFC and the response of the cashier was like we don’t do any chicken swap of your choice you that what we give you , I explain the situation I do not eat any other chicken pieces only if it’s dry meat.

I Then ask to speak to a manager that was on the shift and she replies by saying the is no one present , as she sees am not going anywhere then she goes to the back and came back saying that her manager says she must give me theses two options.

1. I must take what ever I will be given!! 2. I must take my money and go buy somewhere where I can get the chicken of choice!! And I ask what do you mean but that she still said same thing and I asked her to call that manager and she did and the manager named Joshep came and I explained my situation about the meat and he says they were told by the head office to not do any swap with the chicken pieces.

I asked the reason behind that and the goes to tell me about other KFC that closing down because they have no chicken and load shading is that cause of that and he still repeated what the cashier to me.

And this is not the first I had a problem with this KFC the first was about my change which they didn’t give because they did have change and cashier said she give me when I get my order and when order came forgot I had charge that was the I left and came back the following day and they didn’t know anything about that and they told they will check the footage and still the was no solution about that so I guess I bought streetwise two for R200 that day.

I will really would like assistance with this complaint.
