Poor Service

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the service I received at your KFC branch located at Sarel Baard Cres, Rooihuiskraal, on October 24, 2023, at approximately 15:20. The interaction at the drive-through window with an employee named Conny was an incredibly disappointing experience and warrants immediate attention. I approached the drive-through window to place my order. Initially, I requested two Streetwise 2 meals with one including pap and the other with chips/fries. Afterward, I politely requested that my order be modified to two meals with pap instead. The response I received from Conny was not only unprofessional but incredibly rude. She expressed her discontent by stating that she had been canceling numerous orders throughout the day and insinuated that my request was an inconvenience. Furthermore, I was astounded when, without my consent, Conny added an extra meal to my order that I had not requested. As I collected my order, I overheard Conny and her colleagues discussing whether she had "done what needed to be done" while they were preparing my food. This left me deeply concerned and questioning the integrity of the service provided and the quality of my meal. Such behaviour and service are completely unacceptable and have left a lasting negative impression on me as a customer. I believe that every customer should be treated with respect and courtesy, irrespective of any previous orders or concerns an employee may have. I kindly request that you take this complaint seriously and take appropriate action to address the issues I have raised. Customer satisfaction and the reputation of KFC establishments are vital for the continued success of the business.
