Poor service

Went to kfc placed an order for an "all in 1 at 9:35pm" when i got there i was told theres no chicken and theres a waiting time of 25minutes i was upset but still agreed to wait... I then went back into the store at 10:05pm my order was not ready there was no mash and gravy staff was making this last minute... I walked out the store at 10:20pm. Such terrible service i will never go back to kfc northern drive i hope the owner deals with this... Especially in these trying times where businesses are trying to make ends meet its sad to see a good franchise be brought down.
