Poor service!!!

I was at KFC Eesteriver mall and I was blown away by the poor level of service and punctuality... I placed my order, with only one cashier being present... peak time and the engagement with customers are poor... I had to wait for 20 minutes, had to walk up to the lady and ask if my order is perhaps placed?... Then only I found out that it was never put on notification board and no one even bothered to inform me that my food was ready for collection. This is the poorest of service that I have ever received from KFC!!! No apologies were offered nor was there any form of engagement from any of the staff... Sorry KFC Eesteriver Mall but your service sucks!!!
