Poor service

On Friday i made an order from Kfc Florida via UberEats with direct instruction as to how the delivery driver should go on about the order, the order never reached the delivery address, money deducted from my account, i called the Kfc outlet to enquire about the delivery and lady who answered the phone seemed to be kind of helpful however even today i havent the order.

The delivery driver by the name of Quiet didnt deliver the order not knowing if he returned it to the store or he had it for himself, or mayne delivered it to the wrong person /address 🤷🏼♂️.
