Poor service

Poor service I received at Kfc Joe Slovo in Durban in November 2025. I have logged a complain with their customer care and they kept on asking the same information that I have already provided. On 28/11/2025 at 16:20 I bought 15 pieces and I had to wait for 50 minutes to receive my order, furthermore when I finally got my order It was 1 piece short. I only realised when I got home, I emailed their customer care and I even attached my receipt but they did not assist me.
