Poor service

Yesterday was the 3rd time I have been to the KFC Richards Bay in 2 weeks. Each time I went there, I have tried to order an oreo crusher for my son. The previous 2 times the machine was broken and yesterday there was no ice cream. This is appalling service. To advertise items and constantly not be able to provide the service. I make special trips to KFC to get the oreo crusher for my son but each time he gets disappointed. If you'll are unable to constantly avail the oreo crusher, rather remove it from the menu so I don't keep disappointing my son and rather go straight to McDonald's
