Poor security, negligence and No concern for customers

<p>Today I experienced a terrible ordeal inside KFC Point Road, Durban which is under the supervision of Nelly.</p> <p>My sister was sitting inside having her meal when some guys came in and they stood in the queue before approaching her and demanding she release her phone to them. She resisted until they threatened her with a knife, then they left with the phone, right in full view of the staff members AND the USELESS security guard with no resistance at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>Upon complaining, no cooperation was received from the staff members as well as the security guard and the manager, who all gave it a non-chalant, non-concerned, "we-don't-care" attitude. Attempts to view the cctv footage were fruitless citing company policy.</p> <p> </p> <p>So in the end, this KFC has:</p> <p>- A security guard who is for decoration because he did not even make an attempt to protect the KFC client;</p> <p>- No concern for the clients and their well-being/ security/ safetly while in their premises</p> <p>- Doesn't cooperate with attempts for investigation.</p> <p> </p> <p>I WOULD NOT ADVISE anyone to visit this KFC branch, and all other KFC branches if this is how clients get treated, they only want our money but no concern for us.</p> <p> </p>
