Poor response

So in last week i write a report about pathetic service at KFC Vaal Mall on Hello Peter, i get a response saying that a consultant will call me during the day to find out what exactly happened and the way forward.<br> Tomorrow will be a week later, i am still waiting for that call. seems that this was just another complaint which will be read, but nothing will be done to upgrade customer service.
