Poor Quality / Unhygienic Products

I am not dissapointed in KFC on Malibongwe Randburg, that is an understatement. Their service was fast in the drive through, but the quality of the food was horrible.

First off, the pops were half full, all 3 of them and they are not cheap.

Secondly, my wife had pieces of plastic in her sweat chilli twister, and the twister was put together in a rush as it looked like it went on a rollercoater ride and we had a diy kit to put together ourselves.

My sweat chilli twister was also a mess, all the fillings werent even in the wrap, had to eat it with a knife and fork as it was all over the show. This was the last time that me, my family or friends will be supporting this KFC outlet.

Management doesn't seem to bother with the quality of the product they sell as i reported a similar experience at this same outlet, and today proved that nothing was done or changed.
