Poor Quality of Service and Food

Numerous times lately the food and service has been lacking when I buy from KFC. Chips aren't hot or fresh, they are room temperature and this has happened quite a few times. I have even bought a burger before and it had no chicken on it at all, it was only a bun and some sauce. Today, I walked into a store and the staff where lazing around and only got up when I was trying to see what till I was supposed to order from. I ordered a double crunch meal (chips where cold again). When they where packing it the cashier just pushed the burger into the box with her bare hands, originally I just thought it was the kitchen staff packing it poorly, but when I got home I found that the burger which is supposed to have two pieces of chicken, only had one piece on it. So now I'm thinking she was trying to hide the fact that it was incomplete.<br> <br> Tried to put up with the service and food for a while now, but it doesn't seem like it is going to improve at all and is only going downhill. <br> <br> Would rather just go to Nandos from now on, since there seems to always be a problem with food from KFC now.
