Poor quality of food ordered

Months ago I posted on Hello Peter about the poor quality of a purchase I made at KFC in Hillcrest, KZN. I also sent an email directly to KFC on this matter. There has been no response from them on either. I find this totally unacceptable. Why don't they respond to complaints???
