Poor Quality of food and service from KFC

Last week Saturday, I purchased three Clever Boxes at KFC Red mall. The burgers had just sauce in them, each box had a wing and the chips were refried from the Thursday before. I send a complaint to KFC customer care they requested lots of info which I supp**** and till now no feedback. I purchase KFC at least three to four times a month and this is the quality of food I got. I am totally dissipointed at the quality of food and the lack of feedback from thier customer care. I think it's better to support Chicken Licken although it's further, thier quality is far superior to KFC.
