Poor quality of food

On the 15th of Jan 2016 my husband bought food at KFC, somerset mall branch (new one that recently opened). First of all, they forgot to add the pop's, as soon as they realized that it was not included they shouted amongst each as to whom was responsible for the Pop's. Eventually my husband received his order. The taste of the chips and the pops was so old. The texture of the pops was hard, and tasted like either it was just warmed up and the chicken was hard or it was over-cooked. Very unsatisfied with the service and the quality of the food.
