Poor quality of food

Purphased Kentucky for two meal and three buckets for one at a branch in strand on the gordons Bay Road. They failed to give us our cool drinks along with the meals and to top it off the zinger wings was undercooked and the chips was tasteless. The quality of the food has dropped significantly and we are very disappointed to the point where we don't want to buy from any KFC what is happening with KFC?
