Poor quality meals served

I went to KFC in phoenix tue 10/02/12(opp the Plaza).went through the drive through and ordered a fully loaded box meal.the cashier asked me to collect at the other window(No till slip provided)go to collect I was asked if I got the slip,I told the lady handing out meals that I was not given a slip. It was Very hot and had to wait a while before she got back with the Meal.I grabbed the bag left it on the passenger seat and she then asked what drink would you like.I said a Coke zero. After I received the cool drink I placed it in my cup holder and drove off.becoz I as rushing back to work in ballito I was snacking whilst driving. As I took a sip of the cool drink it tasted like water,very bland and to say that last friday I had purchased a meal in your stanger branch and the cool drink tasted better.the chips was cold and tasted stale and as given 7sachets of chillie salt and 2sachets of tomato sauce (all that salt for a little Chips). The drumstick was perfect.I had 2 tubs of mash and gravy which was thick and tasted burnt. And if things couldn't get any worse as I lifted the burger to eat I saw that all the lettuce was rotten,not wilted but rotten.sent a complaint to kfc no reply.
