Poor quality food , incorrect orders terrible service

It is very sad to see that the staff at this particular store were so slow and lethargic when it came to assisting the customer. It is therefore not surprising that when they packed my order for a Fully Loaded Box Meal and Zinger Box Meal, the orders were incorrect. The burger in the the Zinger box was an original recipe burger. The chips were not salted in both boxes. When you are travelling from Sabie to PMB, and decide to stop at your favorite fast food outlet, youbexpect better service On our return trip, my special needs son decided on KFC over his favorite pizza meal. To our dismay, we experienced the same thing with our family meal. The chips were not seasoned, the pops boxes were not filled, the mash and gravy was more burnt and watery, very little mash. A very disappointing experience that needs to be put on social media, especially when the meals are not cheap.
