Poor Quality Food

What is happening to the quality of KFC? The pieces are dripping with oil, the burgers have a tiny spot of mayo within a stale bun and the pops have more coating on it than actual chicken inside. Fast foods on any given day is a bad choice for health reasons but if you're going to pay for it you would at least want something that made the guilt trip worthwhile... but all KFC does is prove that you've wasted money on unhealthy extremely poor quality food. You ask for mash and gravy... it's like a box of chocolates because you're never 100% certain what you're actually going to get. I prefer KFC over most fast foods but due to recent experiences I'd have to be insane to chance wasting my money one more time.<br> <br> Does KFC actually care about customer service or is the next sale more important?<br>
