Poor Quality, Bad Customer Service, False Advertising, etc.

1. Poor Quality & Freshness: Online orders - food stale/ overcooked/ old & other instances food items missing. Yes, Customer Service gave vouchers, but why must one wait that long when you have guests that are hungry or how can they sell poor quality food?

2. Poor Customer Service: 2.1. Gave voucher to "replace" items not delivered more than a week ago. Placed order, used voucher, transaction went through, few minutes later transaction was reversed. Reordered again, entered voucher no & app said voucher already used. Called to complain, was told they'll investigate, get back to me the next day. A week later I had to call again, just to be told will have to wait for them to investigate (again). 2.2. Store/ Customer Service unable to handle system/ app queries & won't allow you to communicate with their Technical Team? 2.3. No display of empathy- a person orders when they are hungry and shouldn't have to wait long (3+ hrs) for their food!? 2.4. There is NO channel for logging complaints. 2.5. Unable to speak to a Call Centre Supervisor/ Manager.

3. Offline 4hrs & False Advertising: 3.1. Tried since before 10h00 to order online, app indicated Store is offline, customer service blamed loadshedding only came back online after 13h00. 3.2. Now more 3+ hours later, "promotional" items now more expensive than it was 10h00! 4for3, was R118 - now R140, 2Zingers/2Colonel was R59 - now R69! Not only did app "flag" me, but promotions was also advertised on IG.

4. Product availability: 4.1. App shows milkshakes, but store says icecream machine broken - waiting for parts. 4.2. For weeks only had Zinger nuggets - no longer available, said was promotion item only.

5. Cape Town has a wide variety of products, but KZN is always far behind. KFC should do a survey to see what customers want.

6. There is more than 1 store in Pmb, but app won't allow you to select another store. Store says only participating stores will be listed. App does not indicate this?
