Poor quality and service

KFC Waverley plaza. Once again very poor quality food! Chicken on the twister not crumbed properly and there is no spice on the chicken. Garnish old and wilted. No passion in putting the food together. Also always miss a thing or two in the order when the order is big. Only for me to find out it's not there when I get home.
