poor quality

when buying take-aways you expect to the goods that gets advertised on the menus. on Saterday i bought bucket zinger wings from KFC Bethelsdorp and i told the cashier that she needs to check the quality of me order is a have bought many a times from other branches i received real value for many. when i asked the cashier to check that my order get prepared accordingly she told me that I will get 12 small wings and 12 big wings, she did not even go to the kitchen upon my request. when i got home and opened the food i got 12 small wings and 12 small wings. KFC is not the cheapest on the block and when you pay your bill you expect to get what they the advertised, this is false adverti*****t. when i bought from other branches you get value for money, this also the first time that i was told that you get 12 big and 12 small wings, as per the cashier she said that that is their branches policy. now im confused, does all KFC branches have different policies when it comes to preparing food for their clients? please help to rectify this as i need know to which KFC i need to that will serve me value for money as i strongly believe that i did not get my worth.
